Important information for new students

Dear students,

We would like to thank all the students that applied to the Master in Economics (University of Granada, Spain)
Before realising the enrollment, it is highly recommended that you read the following information:

Students can specialize and design their personal itinerary depending on their area of interests choosing up to 13 subjects from among a wide variety of 31 subjects.
Itineraries should be designed depending on your background and your objectives: Management, Macroeconomics, Applied Economics, Microeconomics, Experimental Economics, and Economic History.

If you have a Bachelor in a field different form Economics or Business, it is highly recommended that you take basic subjects like Strategic Management, Microeconomics and Macroeconomics.

If you are interested in Research , it is highly recommended that you take methodological courses in your field and an internship in departments. In particular, Econometrics is highly convenient in any field, Sampling is useful for researcher in management but also for profesional. Economic Analysis Techniques is indispensable for modelisation in macroeconomics and microeconomics, economic application teachs useful microeconometrics tools for empitical research in any fields of social science. Finally, Economic applications is especially interesting if you are intersted in macroeconomics.

Master thesis defense

Last Wednesdayy , 5 students of the Master in Economics has defended successfully their master thesis. Congratulations to all of them!
